i began ebaying only one month ago. i was moving overseas and it seemed like a good idea to sell, rather than store, my stuff and try and make a little money.
i sold 10 items on ebay - books, shoes, clothes - and made about $100. i decided 'selling' wasn't really worth the time involved.
'buying' on the other hand...
i can't stop trawling through the selling pages! i can't stop bidding! i keep winning items i don't expect to win! items i don't need! items that are being sent to my home address in Australia that i won't be able to pick up for months!
i keep telling myself 'it's okay to bid at THAT price because if you win the item it's a total STEAL... and if you loose it, well, no harm done.'

my latest purchase... $15!!!!i know this dress came out last winter and i know it cost about $150 at the time.
i tried it on in the store and it's a great fit.
i like the idea of being a brown blip in a sea of grey grey grey swing tops and dresses.
i want it! i have it! it's mine! i want it!
you. can't. stop. me. cause. i. like. consuming.

That is a great buy, Dot! I love the little Cue dresses, they are so sweet.
I am fairly addicted to eBay as well, but I like selling and buying equally. I have been a bit lucky with selling, I do pretty well most of the time :)
I bought 'SK-II' on EBay. It was like thick white water. Utter crapperola. I can't afford the real stuff to compare it with, but just let's say, I look nothing like Cate Blanchett.
(But I have bought roolly noice furniture on EBay. And roolly cheap, too.)

my ebay purchases are mostly restricted to DVDs...although it is a good place to trawl for books occasionally.
I don't trust myself to buy clothing....
DAMN you DOT! i have just spent 2 days trawling ebay 'window shopping' but too scared to make bids which makes my time even more of a time waste. argh!
Awesome bargain. I love a good Cue outfit and ebay is so great for finding them. I hope you enjoy wearing the brown in a sea of black / grey (SO sick of grey)

Hi, I'm femikneesm and I am an ebay addict. Have been for years. Cannot stop. Books, dvds, clothes, shoes....so many purchases....That dress rocks too btw.
