Question time!
...with Mars

Yo. How does The Internet (yes, you) feel about stalking people from primary school, finding them on myspace, flickr and other published writings after you've googled their name, their bother, mother, father and cat's name... and also their old address? You've also looked through all (and i do mean all) their myspace friends looking for photos of the stalked as they have their own setting to 'private' (extremely annoying setting which should not be allowed).

Should one, then, after all that add said stalked to their myspace freinds? Keeping in mind that the stalked may be a little surprised to hear from you after say... 10 years and you may become geek-laughing-stock of old highschool friends. Although.. not so much friends as people you were in the same year level as.

Also keep in mind that the stalked is now a lesbian. Which makes me want to stalk her even more, to be honest... just cause i don't have any actual lesbian friends. As such.

Please, your opnion.

if you're not friends with them, what does their opinion matter to you?

just do whatever it is you want to do

Hehe mars, between you and mex, you might corner the market on Google stalking....

You never know, the stalked may just be stalking you and be in exactly the same conundrum.

And if you DO add her, is she gonna ask you on a date? I think you have to be prepared for that option.

Google/my space stalk away...i've found heaps of my old high school alumni, and pissed myself laughing at them in the process.

On a bad note, I found my 6 year (IE - ALL of highschool) crush on myspace, and found out he is engaged and to be married in hawaii at the end of the year. Boo!

Go for it.

I'm just pissed that NONE of my classmates are on myspace. How is that even possible?

Wow that's serious. For some reason it's making me think of that old Hall & Oates song "Private Eyes." Private eyes, they're watching you. They see your every move.Next you'll be sitting in a car outside her house LMAO.

But seriously... doesn't everyone do a little stalking on MySpace? That's how I found out my now ex had started talking to someone else.

I have to admit that today I sorta-stalked a friend from high school. It started because I couldn't remember her older brother's name and ended with me whitepageing her parents' old address. Not sure why, since I know she lives in Brisbane now and is obviously way cooler than I am. (That's not hard, of course.)
