Many many busy things happening in Manchester which i will write about some other time when i'm not so terribly busy.

WELL MEXIE! it's a new rad easy way of poaching eggs perfectly.
you get a mug and line it with glad wrap, then you crack the egg in. then you sort of twist the top of the glad wrap to keep the egg in and pull it out of the mug. then you drop it in boiling water for about 4 minutes and it perfectly poaches the egg.
IT'S AMAZING!
Mars, you are a genius! I have never been able to poach eggs properly! I am totally trying this on the weekend.
